As always, I think it is best for Lauren to introduce herself to you:

I was born an only child (I’m still mad about that) in Detroit Michigan, eventually moving out to Los Angeles to pursue fashion and beauty marketing at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. FIDM girls get a bad rep in L.A., well bad depending on who’s listening…I’m a make up artist and am currently putting that to use, but I also make a pretty decent cocktail a few nights a week. I live in Hollywood with my dog, Riley. Like everyone else here I don’t walk in the city or go to the beach nearly enough, but love both, I have a pretty ridiculous obsession with HBO, the color black and my twitter account. I just went blonde and have been trying my best to figure out that whole “having more fun” thing, so far I’d have to agree.
